    Angel was very knowledgeable in the process and responded quickly to all our concerns and questions. We are first time home buyers and we had ALOT of em but again he took the time to explain anything we asked quickly and we appreciate that. We we're in an extreme time crunch and we looked at alot of homes but Angel was able to get us in our first home and made the entire process smooth. He was great to work with. Thanks again Angel.... In the most competitive market in history, Angel did what no other real estate professional could do for me, find us a house that didn’t exist in the market, and at a price that would make a grown man cry (in a good way). He started with the brutal honest truth about my low budget, the competitiveness of the market, and the shortage of inventory. As competitive as home buying can be,—post pandemic, west of 5 in north county— Angel was available to get us in for a viewing immediately every time to make sure we could get an offer in same day. He also put us in touch with experts to help us better understand the ways we could finance our home and split ownership/investment, which really got us the home of our dreams—something we did not know was possible!     Ángel is a blessing. When we had the opportunity to make the biggest move of our lives, he not only made himself available but he took the time to understand what we were looking for, he was patient and at no time treat us as just another sale.
